Position : Personal Injury Lawyer
Location : San Antonio, TX
I am working with a well-established law firm thaat specializes in a wide dockett of Personal Injury and is seeking an Attorney with 3 years of experience.
The firms emphasizes is on effective representation at trial, ensuring their clients receive the highest level of advocacy.
Experience Required of the Personal Injury Lawyer :
- 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Lawyer
- Strong background in handling cases in any of these areas; defects in residential or commercial construction projects, and trucking litigation.
- Additional experience in premise liability, auto liability, wrongful death, and product liability is advantageous
Qualifications of the Personal Injury Lawyer :
- Minimum 3 years of Personal Injury defense
- Trial experience preferred
- Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently
- Proficiency in mediations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to billable hours of 160 per month
Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Lawyer :
- Independently manage a litigation caseload
- Represent builders, developers, contractors, and other parties involved in construction defect cases
- Conduct mediations effectively
- Maintain regular client contact, both written and oral
